Crystal is a highly accomplished and board-certified Physician Assistant with a deep-rooted passion for skin health and aesthetics. A proud graduate of Baylor College of Medicine in 2009, #GoBears, she began her medical career in pediatrics. However, her true calling soon became evident, leading her to specialize in advanced dermatology and anti-aging treatments.

Taylor Griffin, BSN, RN – Nurse Injector

Taylor has been a registered nurse for 3 years, and a full-time practicing aesthetic provider since early 2022. Taylor completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at The University of Texas Health Science Center in 2020. Prior to becoming an aesthetic nurse injector, Taylor worked at Houston Methodist Hospital, deepening her clinical knowledge in order to holistically care for her patients. Taylor is now a certified Master Injector by top aesthetic companies Allergan, Galderma & Revance. She receives regular continuing education to remain on the cutting edge of new innovations & research in aesthetic medicine. She has undergone multiple in-depth injection trainings with top injectors across the country.

Taylor’s strong passion for beauty & wellness, paired with her deep intrigue for facial anatomy, brought her to specialize in aesthetic nursing. Taylor is known for her thorough, patient-focused consultations and precise, individualized injection techniques. She holds an MBA from the University of Houston-Downtown, specializing in business administration, project management, and process improvement. As a native Houstonian, she brings a positive and motivational approach to our practice. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her fiance and her 4 beloved dogs.

Ally is our Front Desk Coordinator, she is a licensed esthetician with 3 years of experience in customer service. loves meeting new people and reaching new goals. loves spending time with friends and family and enjoys social media, beauty, and diy projects.

Kathy is our Front Desk Coordinator, she joined Heights Plastic Surgery & Studio Essex Medical Spa in 2024. She has 3 years of experience in the industry. She loves communicating with patients about their aesthetic goals. She graduated in 2021 with her degree in Psychology and Human Development at University of Houston. Outside of work, she loves exploring the city with her friends! She is beyond excited to be a part of the team!

Heather Taylor, NP – Aesthetic Injector

Heather is a proud Houston native and honors graduate of the University of Texas, where she completed both her undergraduate and graduate nursing degrees. With more than 13 years of diverse nursing experience in women’s health, pediatrics, and the neonatal ICU, she brings both expertise and compassion to her patients.

Heather began her nurse practitioner career in plastic surgery, where she was first introduced to aesthetic medicine. This experience ignited her passion for aesthetics and laid the foundation for her career in cosmetic treatments. With a natural artistic eye, Heather blends precision, creativity, and clinical skill to deliver beautiful, natural-looking results.

She specializes in injectables, body contouring, regenerative therapies, and customized skincare plans. Believing in a comprehensive approach, Heather combines multiple modalities to enhance her patients’ natural features while boosting their confidence. Her philosophy extends beyond aesthetics, as she emphasizes overall wellness through healthy activity, balanced nutrition, and hormone therapy to help patients look and feel their very best.

Stacy is our OR Nurse. She started out as a scrub tech and fell in love with the OR. This prompted her to attend Nursing School to obtain her BSN. She has over 17 years of experience in the medical field. Stacy takes pride in providing a calming touch to each surgery patient. She strives for them to feel at home and in safe hands while having surgery. She is excited to be a part of ourHeights Plastic Surgery team!
