By scheduling an appointment with us, patients agree to our cancellation, no-show, reschedule, and tardy policies.

Medical Spa Appointments

To schedule an appointment in our MedSpa, a $75 deposit is required. This prepaid amount is non-refundable. If an appointment is rescheduled 48 hours before the appointment time, this prepaid amount will be credited for future services.

Saturday Appointments: A $100 deposit is required for all patients booking Saturday appointments.

Complimentary Services: If you are receiving a complimentary service, please be aware that cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiting the complimentary service.

Heights Plastic Surgery Appointments

For surgical consultations, a $150 deposit is required upon scheduling.

  • If you proceed with your cosmetic treatment plan, the $150 will be applied toward your treatment cost.
  • If you choose not to proceed with a surgical procedure, the $150 credit can be used for services in our Medical Spa.

NOTICE OF TARDY

Arriving more than 10 minutes late to any appointment may result in a cancellation and rescheduling at our discretion, along with a charge of our cancellation fee. If we can accommodate you in a safe and timely manner, we will make an effort to treat you within the remaining scheduled time.

NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULE

Our office follows a strict 48-hour cancellation and reschedule policy to ensure all patients receive timely treatments while respecting everyone’s time.

  • Any patient who reschedules/cancels within 48 hours of their appointment will automatically forfeit their appointment deposit.
  • Fees will still be charged even if the appointment was scheduled by another party.
  • Patients may be required to pre-pay for future services after a late cancellation or reschedule.
  • Appointment deposits are non-refundable.

NOTICE OF NO SHOW

  • New patients who no-show may be declined for future appointments.
  • Established patients may be required to pre-pay for future services after a no-show.
